Merle & Co. began with a feeling we knew too well.
Standing outside a café, leash in hand, being told we had to leave—even at the outdoor tables.
All we wanted was a quiet moment. A good cup of coffee. A little pause in the day with our furry best friend by our side.
But there was nowhere that truly welcomed both.
So, we created one.
Merle & Co. is a plant-based, pet-friendly café built on love—for coffee, for community, and for our animals.
Here, you’ll find thoughtfully made drinks, fresh pastries, soft-serve treats, and warm waffles—all 100% plant-based and served with care.
But more than that, you’ll find a place where you and your pup are always welcome.
No judgment. No awkward glances. Just a space to breathe, connect, and create a daily ritual that feels like home.
Because we believe the little moments matter—your morning coffee, a happy wagging tail, a quiet exhale.
